About us:

With over 25 years in the wellness and weight loss industry, we have a passion for changing people's lives.  We are certified Nutritionists who know that to achieve their weight loss goals our members need lots of support.  We can't wait to get you started!  

How it works: 

We follow a calorie counting approach, or you can chose to follow our 'What's on Your Plate' plan.  Either way you will eat the food that you love and like!

No food off limits:

There's no good or bad food at Weigh Better Together.  We believe that it's all about balance and this ethos will help you to change your relationship with food for good!

Science led: 

Our Coaches are here to support you every step of the way.

Our classes are educational and inspiring.  Our fun but informative talking points embrace the facts, unravel the myths about weight loss, and  are based on science and nutrition. 

Support:

Our classes are supportive and non-judgemental.  You have the freedom to choose whether to get weighed or not.  We know that your weight loss journey is so much more  than the number at the scales, and love celebrating non scale victories too!

Lose weight for the last time:

Don't have much time?  We've got you!  Our classes include a weigh in and 30 minute talking point.   The healthy habits and  lifestyle changes that we encourage will not only help you to achieve your dream weight loss goals, but this time will help you lose weight for the last time!
